Reporting to the Associate Provost and as a member of the Academic Affairs leadership team, the College Registrar and Senior Director of Academic Operations ensures regulatory compliance, supports Keene State College’s shared governance process in the development, modification, and implementation of curriculum, academic policies and practices in alignment with the College’s mission, vision and strategic plans; works as a collaborative partner with the Provost’s Office, academic units and departments, the College Senate, Graduate Studies and Extended Education, Student Financial Services, Financial Aid, Enrollment and Student Engagement units, and the University System of New Hampshire Enterprise Technology and Services to provide essential information and services; serves as an integral member of the College’s strategic planning team working to deliver on its new strategic plan, specific focus will be on building transfer pathways in collaboration with both state and regional partners (NEBHE); ensures sustainable methods of providing support to the academic community while upholding the integrity of academic programs; will ensure practices that enhance success for the varied populations (undergraduate, graduate, continuing education, transfer, and alumni); and will collaborate with the Dean’s Office on the College’s CTE (Career and Technical Education) partnerships.

- Minimum of five-seven (5-7) years of progressively responsible and successful administrative experience at a senior level in a Registrar’s office or related area.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership, planning and change management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging various software applications/systems to continually adapt and meet the needs of the operations is required.
- Familiarity and demonstrated aptitude with Colleague or similar enterprise student system is required.
- Ability to establish collegial relationships within and outside of the College and to work collaboratively to address the needs and priorities of the College, the region, and the University System of New Hampshire.
